Prego Problems

The home stretch is harder than I thought. The good news is that I am now 33 weeks prego and my baby girl in the belly is doing great. I am doing well too, but emotionally it has been a rollercoaster. I had 3 superficial blood clots in my right leg a couple of weeks ago and spent the night in an ER. Luckily I was sent to a perinatologist who is fabulous and she started me on aspirin and ran lots of labs on me. They found out that I have a clotting disorder called Protein S Deficiency. I now have to take Lovenox shots in my belly everyday. That is not so bad. But I worry too much about all the risks involved with the clotting disorder.

Oh my gosh Cind. I'm so sorry. I had clots in my lungs with Jourdan. I have Protien C Deficiency. I had to do the lovely shots in the stomach with all my pregnancies. Not fun! Will you have to be on blood thinners your whole life, or only when your pregnant? Won't you have to be on the shots if you breast feed? I'm so sorry you had to go though all of this. Call me! Love you guys!

I'm so sorry. Being Prego is hard enough not to add to the chaos. Good luck!
